The H Victoriei project will be developed in two stages. The first stage of H Victoriei 109 is in progress, according to ESOP Consulting monitoring, and expected to be delivered in the third quarter of this year. The second stage, H Victoriei 107, will be ready in 2022.
H Victoriei 109 will have a basement, ground floor, five floors, and two more retreats, six and seven. The building will be equipped with three high-speed elevators, a built area of 7,036 sqm, and rentable about 5,800 sqm.
Office spaces will be BREEAM “Very Good” certified, to green building standards, with low energy consumption and numerous facilities for employee comfort, including high-performance air conditioning, LED lighting, CCTV, motion sensors, sockets for charging electric cars, locker rooms and showers for cyclists.
The second stage in the development of the project, H Victoriei 107, is still in the concept phase but will bring an even larger office area.
The H Victoriei offices are located on Calea Victoriei, one of the most prestigious arteries in Bucharest, a promenade, a famous tourist attraction, and a premium business area, with many headquarters of large companies, also preferred by companies that offer consulting or luxury services. Nearby, there are numerous restaurants, cafes, hotels and premium shops, cultural institutions: the Royal Palace, the Romanian Athenaeum and the Romanian Academy.
