What City Rose Park Office Project Will Look Like

A new business hub is emerging in the Expozitiei area, and the City Rose Park project will be one of the Class A office projects, which will define this new point of interest. The first offices of the City Rose Park 1 project are expected to be up and running in the first quarter of 2020. 

The project envisages the construction of a multifunctional centerwith three buildings of 10-11 floors each with office spaces, provided on the ground floor with shops, cafes, and a conference hub.

The three buildings will be built in stages and will have a total leasable area of ​​47,700 square meters of office space. The rentable area per floor (typical lease floor area) is 1,460 sqm, 1,400 sqm, and 1,230 sqm depending on the building.

In the inner courtyard, between the three office buildings will be arranged a green area with a unique landscape in Bucharest, a modern rose garden, surrounded by trees. The green space will have pedestrian alleys, is intended to relax the employees of the companies that will rent office space in this project.

The City Rose Park 1 project will have a green building standard, with low energy consumption and a healthy environment for employees, being pre-certified LEED Gold, among the facilities being LED lighting, BMS, electric car chargers, air conditioning 4 pipes, with fresh air supply, four levels of underground parking with 819 places.

City Rose Park 1 will have three beautiful lobby areas and six high-speed lifts.

The Expozitiei Area is located in the northern part of the Capital, near Herăstrău Park, a 10-minute drive from Victoriei Square and 20 minutes from Otopeni International Airport. The 1 Mai Metro Station is a 10-minute walk away, and bus and tram stops are in front of the site.
