VOX Technology Park project in Timișoara obtained the highest score obtained so far by a green building with BREEAM Excellent standards in Romania, being pre-certified with a score of 85.59%.
Among the project features that led to this performance are the suspended garden and the intelligent control system for office temperature, light, and fresh air.
The working environment in these offices will be healthier, more efficient for employees, and lower the maintenance costs of the spaces.
VOX Technology Park, the developer of Werk Property Group, is in the advanced stage of construction and is scheduled for use in December 2017. If you want to rent office space, you need to hurry because the project is currently rented about 50%.
