Unirii View, the Office Project With the Highest Visibility in Unirii Square

This week, the Unirii View building was officially launched, it will have 18 floors and a height of 73 meters, which means that when it is ready, it will win the title of the tallest building in the Unirii Square area, the zero point of the Capital.

The future office building has a total leasable area of 18,000 square meters, with office space on the upper floors and retail on the ground floor. The offices will have 1,131 sqm per level, at class A standards, with a 360-degree panoramic view over the entire ultra-central area of Bucharest.

The location of Unirii View, behind Unirea Shopping Center, on Corneliu Coposu Street, benefits from access to most means of transport: 9 bus lines, 4 tram lines, the most extensive metro hub – Unirii station – and an express line to the airport. For those who want to get to the office by bike, there will be special parking for them, and for employees who will come by car, a total of 161 parking spaces will be prepared.

There are 360 restaurants nearby, located either in Unirii Square or in the Old Town area, and a few minutes walk from Unirii View.

The building was planned to obtain a BREEAM certificate, with a unique design to ensure optimal natural light for each office and an efficient artificial lighting system.

In total, Unirii View has nine elevators and BMS, a building management system, as well as quality finishes that will raise it to the upper level of class A.
