The works for the Unirii View office project, on Corneliu Coposu Boulevard, near Unirii Square, are in a straight line. Unirii View envisages the creation of a total area of ​​18,000 sqm of class A office space, at high-quality standards, and with a BREAM Excellent pre-certification.

The largest tenant announced so far in the building will be NTT Data Romania, which has pre-leased an office area of ​​4,000 square meters.

At the moment, Unirii View is working on closing the facade, according to regular monitoring by ESOP Consulting.
