The works for the Unirii View office project, on Corneliu Coposu Boulevard, near Unirii Square, are in a straight line. Unirii View envisages the creation of a total area of 18,000 sqm of class A office space, at high-quality standards, and with a BREAM Excellent pre-certification.
The largest tenant announced so far in the building will be NTT Data Romania, which has pre-leased an office area of 4,000 square meters.
At the moment, Unirii View is working on closing the facade, according to regular monitoring by ESOP Consulting.
The Unirii area is an important transport hub of the Capital. The Unirii metro station has access to the two metro lines in the Capital. Also nearby is the Historical Center, home to over 300 cafes, restaurants, and shops. Bucharest’s most prestigious museums, theaters, and cultural institutions are within walking distance of Unirii View’s office location.
The Belgian developer also promises an exceptional panorama of the Unirii area for the tenants on the upper floors.
Unirii View will have a leasable area of 1,131 sqm on each floor and a width of 12 meters between the facade and the core of the building, a generous open space, and rarely for an ultra-central building, without pillars or other structural elements, the performance obtained using innovative techniques of post-tensioning.
The Unirii View project will have 161 parking spaces for tenants and visitors. It will be added to 200 parking spaces in the Unirii Shopping Center.
