The works for the Unirii View office project, on Corneliu Coposu Boulevard, near Unirii Square, are in a straight line. Unirii View envisages the creation of a total area of 18,000 sqm of class A office space, at high-quality standards, and with a BREAM Excellent pre-certification.
The largest tenant announced so far in the building will be NTT Data Romania, which has pre-leased an office area of 4,000 square meters.
At the moment, Unirii View is working on closing the facade, according to regular monitoring by ESOP Consulting.

The Unirii View project will have 161 parking spaces for tenants and visitors. It will be added to 200 parking spaces in the Unirii Shopping Center.
