The autumn of 2006 brings with it notable changes for the engineering company TRAPEC. Recently, it rented a space of 2600 sqm, more precisely, a class A business center, managing to maintain a favorable balance between quality and price. ESOP, the agency that mediated the transaction, managed, within three months, to find a location that would perfectly meet the needs of TRAPEC.
Located in the Domenii area, the new headquarters is positioned on the street, benefits from exceptional visibility, and contributes to maintaining a positive image of the company. The relocation represents a new stage in the development of TRAPEC, a company that has been operating on the Romanian market for almost 10 years, operates successfully in the energy and infrastructure field, and has an international dimension, being part of the Suez group, Tractebel Engineering Division.
Given that the available solutions are quite limited today, the space chosen by TRAPEC, on the recommendation of ESOP, is an excellent investment because it meets several important criteria for the company: a comfortable and equipped office space, modern, underground parking, air conditioning by fan-convectors, central heating, modern facilities, and class-A finishes, easy access to the center. This idea is also supported by Alexandru Petrescu, managing partner at ESOP, who states that “Domenii BC was the optimal option for Trapec due to the value for money, but also through the possibility offered by the owner to achieve through his construction company, partitioning the space according to the needs of the tenant, in this way the quality of the works and the delivery term depending on a single company, directly interested in the observance of the assumed commitments.”
