On the Timpuri Noi Square construction site is working hard. Near the Timpuri Noi metro station, on the shore of the Dâmbovița River, two slender buildings take shape: Timpuri Noi Square 1 and Timpuri Noi Square 2, which have a deadline of May-June 2017.
Timpuri Noi Square, developer: Vastint Romania, is a mixed project that provides for the construction in the first stage of three class A office buildings, with retail spaces on the ground floor, followed by modern residential buildings. Of the three office buildings in the first phase of construction, two are advanced.
At this time, offices can be pre-rented in the buildings under construction Timpuri Noi Square 1 and Timpuri Noi Square 2, with ten levels each, with flexible areas available, from 400 sqm.
Phase 1 of the project provides for the delivery of a total office area of 50,000 sqm and a total retail area of 3,000 sqm, served by 920 parking spaces.
The office spaces are built according to green norms. They have BREEAM Excellent certificate, for the design phase of green buildings, which respects the principles of sustainability: low energy consumption and wastewater recycling system, a healthy office work climate, with input fresh air and high-performance air conditioning, LED-based lighting, own charging system for electric cars, bicycle parking, etc.
An area of cafes and restaurants is also provided for the project.
The location: is located in the central-eastern area of the Capital, across the road from the Timpuri Noi metro station and at a metro station from the Unirii area, where the Old Center, the most popular entertainment area in Bucharest, is located.
