According to the survey organized at the career fairs in seven Romanian cities, 72.13% of the job candidates interviewed are interested in the working atmosphere within the company. 70.29% want the job to be safe, 58.97% would like to have opportunities for growth and promotion in the company, and only 48.6% say that the salary package is important. The residents in the West of the country place the most emphasis on the office and the working atmosphere.
