The Office Space, the Most Important Job Evaluation Criteria For Young People

Please tell me what kind of office you have and what atmosphere you have created for your employees. And I will tell you how many young people will crowd to work for you, say the figures of the most recent survey of recruitment event organizers in Romania, the Career Fair, a trademark of AlteFapte.

According to the survey organized at the career fairs in seven Romanian cities, 72.13% of the job candidates interviewed are interested in the working atmosphere within the company. 70.29% want the job to be safe, 58.97% would like to have opportunities for growth and promotion in the company, and only 48.6% say that the salary package is important. The residents in the West of the country place the most emphasis on the office and the working atmosphere.
