The Mark Office Project Will Be Ready Next Quarter

The Mark’s construction works are in the planned schedule, the facade being ready, and moving to the stage of interior finishing. The Mark Tower Building rises on Buzești Boulevard, near Victoriei Square, in the Central Business District.

The Mark project envisages the construction of two Class A office buildings, Podium Building, with three levels of basement, ground floor, plus six floors and a total leasable area of ​​10,000 sqm and Tower Building, with three levels of underground parking, ground floor and 14 floors of office space and a total area of ​​15,000 sqm.

Work is underway on the site. According to ESOP monitoring, The Mark is scheduled to be put into use in the second quarter of 2018.

The Mark will have exceptional natural lighting, with vast glazed spaces, with an innovative facade system, provided with automated exterior blinds that adapt during the day, depending on the sun’s movements to ensure optimal lighting.

The tall building, The Mark Tower, will have open, flexible, bright office space on each floor, with a rentable area between 1,005 and 1,090 sqm. The second office building, The Mark Podium, will have larger floor space between 1,489 sqm and 1,935 sqm. The office tower will provide a more spectacular panorama for future tenants. Still, building number two will have more generous horizontal surfaces on each floor.

The Mark is located on Buzești Street near Victoriei Square, with excellent accessibility, from all Bucharest districts, being located 4 and 9 minutes walk from two metro stations, Victoriei and Gara de Nord.
