The Light office project, near the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, is advancing at the proposed pace, according to ESOP monitoring, now working on the 8th floor of 11. The Light is expected to be ready in April 2019, as a term for customers to begin the fit-out works.
There are currently several negotiations for pre-lease agreements. The Light will have a leasable area of 21,000 square meters, according to BOMA standards. These are arranged on 11 floors, with a timeless design and a sky bar on the top floor.
The construction is made with efficient materials and last generation technologies, to increase the comfort of employees who will move here starting next year.
In terms of interior space, the rectangular shape will allow optimally
partitioning.
The office spaces will be class A, superior quality. The location is preferred by large IT&C companies in the area, establishing their headquarters or moving to Freescale, London Stock Exchange, Microsoft, etc. in the next two years.
The center-west office pole, which has Orhideea and Polytechnic as hot spots, offers many advantages for companies looking for offices at the moment, with high-quality projects underway, located right next to the Politehnica and Grozăvești metro stations, near the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and the Regie Campus, which is the largest student campus in Romania.
Also, a few minutes’ walks away are new complexes totaling thousands of modern apartments, with offers for sale and rent. Many current and future young employees in the area have the opportunity to shorten travel time to work.
