The office building near the Polytechnic University of Bucharest is nearing completion, and the office spaces are mostly pre-rented, according to an ESOP monitoring. One of the central tenants, the operator of medical clinics Regina Maria, already made the interior design and inaugurated the space.
Regina Maria has opened The Light Private Pediatric Polyclinic, which is considered the most significant medical unit with services for children. The health center also includes a Kinetic Sport & Medicine clinic.
There are 19 consulting rooms on the ground floor of The Light, six individual treatment rooms, vaccinations, investigations, two playgrounds for children, a space for parking strollers, an adult lounge area, and conference room for healing sessions and workshops for parents. In the kinetoherapy clinic, intended for both children and adults, another 15 specialized rooms are arranged separately.
The Light project envisages the construction of three tall Class A office buildings: The Light One, The Light Two, and The Light Three.
The Light One has 11 levels and a total leasable area of 21,653 sqm. There are two more free floors at the moment.
The Light is located in the new Politehnica-Grozăvești-Orhideea office hub, near the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, a five-minute walk from the Politehnica metro station.
Cotroceni Mall is a seven-minute walk away, and the Cotroceni Botanical Garden and Palace, the seat of the presidential administration are a 10-minute walk away.
The area is experiencing an accelerated development, and the new office buildings, with service spaces on the ground floor, are under construction or completed residential complexes totaling over 10,000 new apartments, at a maximum distance of one kilometer. Thus, there is the possibility for current and future employees to find advantageous housing solutions, both in terms of quality and short distance, which they can travel on foot or with alternative means of transport, safely: bicycles or scooters.
