The BOMA Standard

The BOMA standard for measuring office spaces increasingly applied in Romania as well

The standard for measuring office space developed by BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) which, although not mandatory in any of the countries, being only a neutral recommendation of real estate experts, is unanimously accepted as a neutral system, professional and fair, and widely used by building owners, tenants, architects, real estate consultants.

According to this method, a measurement is considered correct insofar as a second measurement of the space appears a variation that does not exceed 2%. If the value differs by more than two percent, it is recommended to call a neutral professional. For more details, please contact us.
