StreamWIDE Moves to Plevnei Area

The French company StreamWIDE, specialized in applied software, rented office space with an area of 540 sq m, through the real estate consulting company Esop.

“The French client’s request was a specific one, which was met by few buildings in Bucharest: to have a powerful electric generator, which would support a power failure the normal flow of the entire company (and not just the technical areas). Because we manage probably the most extensive portfolio of office spaces in Bucharest, we were able to offer our partner 21 buildings that met this requirement. Following the StreamWIDE evaluation, the management team chose the office building in the Plevna area, where the owner agreed to install a high-performance electric generator, according to StreamWIDE requests, instead of the existing one “, said Alexandru Petrescu, manager of the consulting company Esop.

The power goes out; the company’s activity goes forward! This selection criterion is difficult to meet even for class A office buildings.

Class A buildings provide electric generators that usually support only the building’s vital systems (elevators, fire signaling systems, etc.) and, at most, 25% of the working capacity of employees. In this context, the coverage of the working capacity in 100% is rare, which usually can be ensured only by additional amounts applied to the rent.

Esop company owns the largest database of office buildings for rent in Bucharest (a total of approx. 2,200 buildings, of which over 720 have spaces available immediately). It has successfully managed to find the optimal solution for its client.

“The building in the Plevna area is the best option for the client, both in terms of solving the specific demand with the electric generator, and in terms of the fact that the transaction was made at a competitive rental level,” adds Alexandru Petrescu.

The activity of the StreamWIDE Romania subsidiary consists of the development and installation of software products, especially V.A.S (Value-Added-Services) solutions for telecom operators.

In Romania, the company has been present since 2006. It started with seven employees. Their clients come from all continents. Currently, StreamWIDE Romania has 35 employees, the branch experiencing continuous development.
