In the first quarter of 2019, the delivery of a chic office project is planned, SPLAY Office Building in the Opera – Izvor area, on the shore of the Dâmbovița River, very close to the Bucharest Law Faculty.

Also, there will be a spare electric generator and two high-performance elevators.
The center-west area, where the SPLAY Office Building is located, is on the rise, the Izvor – Opera area having better access to Unirii Square and University Square, than the Grozăvești area and has the advantage of a historical touch in the architecture of buildings, being also less crowded.
Nearby, within walking distance, are the Izvor and Eroilor metro stations, the National Opera, the Faculty of Law, Cismigiu Park, and the Historical Center, where there are over 300 restaurants and cafes, easily accessible for meetings and leisure after work. In addition to office space, 21 parking spaces will be arranged, most of them underground.
