Splay Office Building is an elegant boutique building with two exits to two boulevards – one to Splaiul Dâmboviței, between Izvor and Eroilor metro stations, and the other to Mihail Kogălniceanu Boulevard, opposite the Faculty of Law in Bucharest.
According to an ESOP monitoring, the anchor tenant is the international retail chain, Jysk, and the construction works are nearing completion. Currently, an area of 960 sqm is still available for pre-rent.
Splay Office Building has seven floors, of which the last one is secluded and has three more for rent (each of 320 sqm) type partitioned open space.
The building has two elevators and a total area of 2,500 square meters.
The offices will be finished and equipped at class A standards, will have a generator for vital systems, modern air conditioning, with fresh air supply, natural light to all workstations. The project benefits from 21 underground parking spaces, and a public car park is 100 meters from the building.
The large glazed spaces allow a relaxing view on one side to Splaiul Dâmboviței, in a lime area on the water’s edge, and the other side to the Faculty of Law architectural ensemble with the status of a historical monument.
