SCORSEZE Private Ambulance rented an Office Building through ESOP in the Tei Area of Bucharest

Scorseze Private Ambulance, part of the group of security companies SCORSEZE Security International expands its medical activity through the new Scorseze Medical clinic, which will include family medicine consulting offices and several specialties, day hospitalization, palliative, and supportive treatments, chemotherapy. Scorseze Nursing will complete the pre-hospital medical service through consultations and procedures at home.

The building of the new medical clinic is located in the northern part of the Capital, on Ghica-Tei Street, the lease transaction of the building with an area of 1,611 sq m being made through ESOP.

“The demand from SCORSEZE Private Ambulance was generated by a business expansion, which confirms the growing trend of managers’ confidence in the potential of the private medical sector, a segment that ESOP has developed recently. The building rented through us provides the desired independent ambulance service in its own space. Still, it successfully ticks the other specific requirements of the client regarding the area and facilities of the building, which led to the signing of a contract for a more extended period than the average. Now on the market “, says Alexandru Petrescu, Managing Partner of ESOP Consulting | CORFAC International.

SCORSEZE Private Ambulance will occupy the office building for 10 years, has a total leasable area of ​​1,611 sqm and a vacant lot of 700 sqm. The construction is new and is arranged on five levels – basement, ground floor, two floors, and the secluded third floor.

As for finishes and endowments, the office building has a glass curtain, fixed windows, and windows that open, three meters high rooms, suspended ceiling with recessed lighting sockets and data-voice system cabling, installed electrical power – 70 KW, control access, fiber optic internet, air conditioning system and central heating.
