Romelectro T&D has a new headquarters
The ESOP agency announces the relocation of Romelectro T&D, which operates on the design and consulting market in the energy industry. We mention some of the most important achievements: the development of electricity supply installations at ALRO Slatina, at Electrica SA, electrical constructions at Filesti – Galati, Cluj, Borsec.
The space rented by Romelectro T&D is located in a building located in the Dorobanti area, with easy access to public transport. The 115 sq m space offers ideal conditions for a design activity: open space type, in which some light partitions were made with plasterboard, very bright, finishes suitable for office activity: parquet, insulated windows, new carpentry. The building is a former design institute built in the 70’s and is one of the buildings where the conversion of seemingly unusable spaces was done successfully, becoming sources of profit.
“These companies, which have spaces in buildings built before 1989, have been able to orient themselves in a new economy, both in their own interest and in support of SMEs that want offices adapted to their needs. These buildings have a good position, offer a number of office facilities, and what is to be appreciated about the building in question is that the additional investments that the tenant needs are made by the owner company from the advance paid by the tenant, and maintenance costs are included in the rental price. This is why all the spaces in the building were rented, “says Irina Petrescu from ESOP, the real estate agency that promoted the building.
