RODATA Relocation

Rodata chooses Strauss BC

Starting with July, Strauss BC is hosting the headquarters of RODATA, announces ESOP, the agency that mediated the transaction. Rodata operates on the Romanian market in the field of production of paper, cardboard, and plastic packaging and is the only producer of printed packaging in Romania.

“Having the productive space developed in a modern enterprise in Constanta and clients throughout Romania and in Europe, we decided to open an office in Bucharest, in the northern part of the Capital, an elegant, airy area, suitable for the functioning of a department of sales-marketing,” declares Ms. Florentina Doron, Director within RODATA SA. “The criteria were explicitly formulated so that we could understand the company’s real needs from the beginning.”

The selection focused on the spaces located in the northern area, taking into account areas of approx. 200 mp. The Rodata choice was Strauss BC, for a space of 210 sqm, located on the 4th floor. The building was considered the best solution from several points of view. The completely open space allows its use in an optimal variant, and the owner’s flexibility in creating the partitions requested by the company was an advantage. And at the level of facilities, the building is in the top of the best spaces in this category in the North area: air conditioning is provided by a fan-convector system, the latest generation OTIS elevator, and the possibility of a fast internet connection and 24-hour reception/security.

Strauss BC has a layout on 6 floors, with surfaces of approx. 400 sqm per level. The building has become a desirable option for small and medium-sized companies due to the possibility of dividing the surfaces on the floor (renting spaces between 120-400 sqm). Also, in Strauss BC, ESOP recently assisted in the relocation of the Romanian Energy Efficiency Fund. With the relocation of Rodata, the building becomes fully occupied.
