ESOP relocates ENEL Spa in BARBA BC, in Victoriei Square

Starting with 2005, the headquarters of ENEL is in Barba Business Center, in a relocation mediated by ESOP, the broker designated for this transaction. ENEL Group is the world’s leading supplier of electricity. The office space chosen by ENEL is located on the 6th floor of Barba Business Center. It has an area of ​​300 square meters.

What was unique about this space is the high modularity of the space, which allows the creation of numerous partitions, due to the large windows present all around. ENEL requested 6-8 individual offices for the company’s managers, open space, and two meeting rooms, all successfully provided by BARBA BC. Other advantages appreciated in this building were its imposing architecture, the superior quality of the finishes, and its functional spaces. Real support in quickly finding an appropriate solution was the fact that ENEL managers understood and communicated the company’s needs very precisely.

Delivered on the market at the end of 2004, BARBA BC enjoys a privileged location in Bucharest, in the most dynamic business area – Victoriei Square. The building has a layout on 2 B + GF + 9 floors, with functional open spaces, of various surfaces, between 200-300 sqm/floor.

Six floors of the building are already rented by ROBANK, available at this time being only the 8th and 9th floor (275 sqm / each floor), and the ground floor (200 sqm), suitable for a commercial area such as cafeteria, an insurance company or any other type of activity that involves interaction with the public.
