Ambro opens the representative office in Romania

Ambro Romania – a newly established company with Italian capital and whose object of activity is electrical and industrial installations – started its activity in an office building representative for SMEs.

The building is located between Piata Muncii and Piata Unirii. It is the ideal location for starting a business because it has various spaces starting from 38 sqm to 300 sqm. It offers the possibility to expand the office as the company grows in the same building. The spaces present decent facilities and finishes for office activities, permanent security, arrangements on request. Even if it is located in a semi-central area, it has an excellent position not only because it is street and easy to find, but also because it has easy access to public transport. An important point of attraction is the price, which is among the best in office buildings.

“The fact that this building meets many of the requirements of SMEs, makes us believe that more and more small and medium-sized companies will choose this location, which Ambro Romania considers the most suitable for its needs,” says Irina Petrescu, from ESOP, the real estate agency that mediated the transaction.
