Office Reservations Are Made in One Tower Floreasca

These days, the works at the foundation of the One Tower building, from the One Floreasca City project, have been completed, and the construction is progressing graphically, according to the ESOP monitoring. The delivery of the 16-story tower building is scheduled for the third quarter of 2020. 

One Tower will have a leasable area of ​​23,866 sqm, with Class A office spaces, with an area of ​​approximately 1,500 sqm on each floor, with a regular shape, which allows optimal placement of offices so that space is used as efficiently as possible.

Discussions are currently underway to reserve 40% of future office space.

One Tower Floreasca is part of a premium multifunctional complex: One Floreasca City. It is intended as an integrated project, with offices, and also a residential component (which provides the construction of three luxury apartment buildings with premium finishes) and a retail area (managed by Auchan, in a new concept of a food market, with an area of ​​approximately 12,000 sqm). One-third of the land will be landscaped in green spaces.

The office space plan was pre-certified LEED v4 Core & Shell at the Platinum level. It has all the characteristics of a green building.

The project is located in the Floreasca area, near the Floreasca Park, which benefits from a recreational area in the north-central part of the Capital. The Primăverii district is a 5-minute walk, and Herăstrău Park with Aviatorilor Metro Station is an 18-minute walk.

There are three bus stops nearby, which connect the location with the rest of Bucharest’s neighborhoods.
