Half of ESOP customers who rented offices in January and February 2016 chose premium villas in top areas, such as Kiseleff, Cotroceni, and Floreasca.
The villa in the picture was rented by a marketing – research company in the Kiseleff area, close to Herastrau Park. And if we compare ourselves with the same period in 2015, we are fine. In the first two months of 2016, the activity increased on the segment of office rental in villas, compared to the same period in 2015.
