New Premium Office Project in Timisoara: VOX Technology Park

The VOX Technology Park office complex is pre-certified according to the standards of green buildings, with BREEAM qualification. It will total a leasable area of ​​26,266 sqm and will be ready by the end of this year.

VOX Technology Park is located in the central area of ​​Timisoara, the second city, as an interest in the top office tenants last year, after Bucharest. The location is close to the Old Town and Iulius Mall.

The VOX Technology Park business center, Werk Property Group developer, will have a basement, semi-basement, ground floor, six floors, and four secluded floors and is under construction.
