The VOX Technology Park office complex is pre-certified according to the standards of green buildings, with BREEAM qualification. It will total a leasable area of 26,266 sqm and will be ready by the end of this year.
VOX Technology Park is located in the central area of Timisoara, the second city, as an interest in the top office tenants last year, after Bucharest. The location is close to the Old Town and Iulius Mall.
The VOX Technology Park business center, Werk Property Group developer, will have a basement, semi-basement, ground floor, six floors, and four secluded floors and is under construction.
The office spaces will be class A, an energy-efficient, imposing building. They will have maintenance costs kept under control by BMS.
The surface on each floor varies between 1,100 sqm and 3,500 sqm of office space, depending on the positioning within the business center. The minimum rentable area is 300 sqm.
It is a last-generation construction and facilities. After fingerprint and facial recognition, access to the building will be made according to a biometric system. In the basement, there will be a charging station for electric cars and bicycle parking, provided with shower cabins and locker rooms.
On the roof will be arranged a suspended garden of 750 sqm, with relaxation space, and on the ground floor will be rented commercial spaces for retail, a bank, a restaurant, and a gym.
