Dr. Ionuț Leahu bought a five-story office building on Nicolae Caramfil Street, in the Herăstrău area, where he will open the fourth premium dental clinic. The purchase price of the office building is 1,065 euros/sqm built.

The building has a total built area of ​​987 square meters. It is arranged on several levels: basement, ground floor, four floors, and a secluded floor and benefits from 10 parking spaces.

The building traded through ESOP has a leasable area of ​​850 sqm. The new Dr. Leahu premium dental clinic will occupy the first three floors. It will eventually expand to the entire building purchased for this purpose.

The construction has as finishes and endowments a glass curtain facade, an elevator, a reception area, natural stone floors, perimeter wiring, CCTV, it is central heating, and its air conditioning system through 2 pipes, with fresh air supply, water tank 4,000 liters.
