Starting this month, the Embassy of the Republic of Macedonia will move to an elegant villa in the Cismigiu area, on Dona Nicolae Street, no. 6. The building rental transaction was carried out quickly through the company ESOP Consulting.
Macedonian diplomats turned to the services of ESOP Consulting for relocation at the end of July 2013, from the selection of offers. The villa in Cismigiu corresponds precisely in terms of area, area, and budget criteria.
“It was a quick transaction because the villa presented by ESOP is in the area in the first place in the top of preferences expressed by Mr. Ambassador in the request, near Cismigiu Park, as well as technical parameters – surface, building compartmentation and other details security specific to such an institution. And the rent level is one adapted to the current office market, which is why the relocation decision came quickly. ESOP owns 1,940 villas in the database, of which 230 are immediately available and presented on the website www.esop.ro “, says Alexandru Petrescu, Managing Partner of ESOP Consulting | CORFAC International.
The elegant villa chosen to be the future headquarters of the Embassy of the Republic of Macedonia is new construction but made in the architectural style of buildings in the area, being arranged on several levels – basement, ground floor, floor 1 and floor 2. The building has a rentable area of 460 sqm and 15 rooms, plus bathrooms, kitchens, annexes on each level, and a yard of 300 sqm. The building has a sophisticated video surveillance system, voice-data infrastructure, its heating system, and AC.
