Mobile Centric Applied Technologies enters the Romanian market

ESOP Consulting recently completed a significant transaction, managing to find a representative headquarters for the company Mobile Centric Applied Technologies (M.C.A.T), which since July is also present on the Romanian market.

Located in the Barbu Vacarescu area, the chosen building has a GF + 3 story layout. It is provided with all the necessary facilities for a modern office space. The company rented an area of 480 square meters in a location appreciated and sought after for both residence and business.

The building is equipped with a voice-data network, fiber optic internet, central heating on each floor, 56 telephone lines, alarm system, and monitored security. The luxury finishes and the glass curtain give the new headquarters an extra touch of elegance and distinction. The owners also provide 15 parking spaces in front of the building and an advantageous value for money. Mobile Centric Applied Technologies is a British company that aims to redefine entertainment using a mix of media, technology, and design to create innovative concepts.

The company implements interactive lottery games with mobile telephony and TV networks, positioning itself as a leader in this market segment. “The architecture and location of the building, as well as the good connection to the means of transport, were just some of the criteria imposed by the M.C.A.T that ESOP managed to meet within only one month,” said Bogdan Gont, ESOP Senior Offices Consultant.
