Mega Image Relocation

ESOP announces the relocation of Mega Image in the Domenii area

Starting with October, the Mega Image activity occurs in a new 1900 sq m space, located in a complex of office spaces in the Domenii area. The ESOP company mediated the relocation shortly after another important transaction in the same complex, namely the relocation of Konica Minolta in a 1200 sqm space.

MEGA IMAGE is a member of DELHAIZE GROUP, founded in Belgium in 1864, which owns supermarket stores in eight countries on three continents: North America, Europe, and Asia. At the end of 2005, the group had approximately 136,000 employees and a network of 2,636 stores. In Romania, Mega Image already owns 18 stores. In 2005, MEGA IMAGE recorded a turnover of 65 million euros. Mega Image brought to the Romanian market the passion for quality at the highest standards, a pleasant shopping environment, and special care for people.

The space is located in a Gf + 1 building, with the entire surface arranged on the 1st floor, which is a great advantage in organizing it as efficiently and functionally as possible. “One of the essential requirements of the office space for Mega Image was its location, which had to provide easy access to the center and public transport, as well as numerous parking spaces.”

The chosen solution offers easy access to several public transport channels, including the subway, and also benefits from the positioning near a park, in a particularly relaxed area in terms of parking spaces. The rented space has central air conditioning through the ceiling, voice-data network, internet, and reserved parking spaces in the yard. Also, it benefits from a beautifully arranged mini-garden, including smoking areas. Within the complex, there is a restaurant where employees can dine or organize various internal events.

The complex also has storage spaces of good quality. This location is special and unique in the northern part of Bucharest, an oasis of peace, and a comforting work environment. It is in a perimeter that tends to become more and more crowded. Currently, all the spaces in the complex are rented. Still, a new D + P + 2 office building will be available starting with March 2007, with a total area of 740 sq m, for which discussions are already underway for rent.
