Between the University and Calea Victoriei, on Matei Millo Street, near the Novotel Hotel, an office project with a modern design is being built, in bold lines with glass walls, which allows the penetration of natural light in abundance. As facilities, the building will benefit from voice-data sockets, voice-data cabling, BMS, generator for vital systems, sprinklers, hydrants, access control in office spaces, fiber optic internet.
In the end, there will be a green terrace with furniture suitable for relaxation and Wi-Fi. To create a bridge between interior and exterior and new spaces for relaxation or informal discussions, each floor will benefit from a loggia (exterior gallery built into a building, covered and open to the outside).
The location is ultra-central, premium, very close to the University of Bucharest, the Novotel, and Hilton, but also to Cismigiu Park and the Roman Square area. The University Metro Station is a 5-minute walk away. Within walking distance are cafes, restaurants, but also the Historical Center, an essential hub for relaxation and leisure and many kindergartens, schools, and high schools with a good reputation, for the children of future employees.
