Matei Millo Offices Kicks Off Construction Works

Between the University and Calea Victoriei, on Matei Millo Street, near the Novotel Hotel, an office project with a modern design is being built, in bold lines with glass walls, which allows the penetration of natural light in abundance. Matei Millo Offices will be ready in the first quarter of 2020.

The construction, with a height of three basements, ground floor, and nine floors, will have a leasable office area of ​​9,000 sqm, class A spaces, with 950 sqm per floor.

To create a bridge between interior and exterior and new spaces for relaxation or informal discussions, each floor will benefit from a loggia (exterior gallery built into a building, covered and open to the outside).

The location is ultra-centralpremium, very close to the University of Bucharest, the Novotel, and Hilton, but also to Cismigiu Park and the Roman Square area. The University Metro Station is a 5-minute walk away.
