KRUK Romania rents an office space of 2,015 sq m, through ESOP Consulting

The building recommended by the Corporate Office division of ESOP Consulting and chosen by KRUK Romania is River Plaza, located in the Unirii area, an ultra-central location, near the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

“River Plaza was a natural choice, in the context of the excellent fulfillment of the essential requirements targeted by KRUK Romania: a representative headquarters, which would offer a high degree of comfort to both employees and company partners, centrally positioned and with excellent means connections of public transport. Also, an important aspect was the availability of space in the short term targeted by KRUK, namely from January 2014 “, says Mirela Raicu, Corporate Office Manager & Partner ESOP Consulting | CORFAC International.

River Plaza, in the Unirii area, is a modern office building, with a rentable area of ​​7,517 sq m, with glass curtain and high-quality technical equipment, windows that open and suspended ceiling, two elevators, decorative elements in stainless steel and metal, voice-data sockets, voice-data cabling, generator for vital systems.

“This relocation has become necessary in the context of the company’s dynamic development and the desire to offer our employees a comfortable space and the most modern working conditions. The River Plaza location is ultra-central. It is located in the Unirii area near the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It has excellent access to all areas of the Capital and all types of means of transport, including the subway.

In 2013, the office transactions in which the tenants came from the financial-banking field represented about 9% of the total volume of the market in Bucharest, the demand in this field increased slightly in the second semester compared to the first semester.
