Iulius Town, the Most Spectacular Project in Timisoara, Is Ready

Iulius Town (formerly known as Openville) is an integrated project with last-generation office buildings, parks with abundant vegetation, a skateboard area, a children’s carousel, a mall, and new blocks of modern housing. Everything in a flagged concept (flag, representative n.a.), which offers unique life experiences, both at the office and at home. 

A novelty is that the developer is thinking of bringing this new concept to Bucharest and making another Iulius Town in the Expozitiei area, on the grounds of Romexpo. 

What is Iulius Town 

It is a central urban regeneration project, carried out by a private company, which aimed to create a whole new neighborhood, with all possible functions: offices, at class A standards (with a total area of ​​about 100,000 square meters), shops and food area (with a total area of ​​120,000 square meters, the largest in the region), a lake, a vast park -Iulius Gardens – where 10,000 shrubs and 1,400 large trees were planted, with spaces for spending time, socializing and playgrounds for children.

Iulius company is the only real estate developer in Romania that invests significantly in the creation of parks, as part of its mixed projects. There are vibrant spaces that bring nature closer and communities together, said their representants.

So far, three Class A office buildings (UBC 1, UBC 2, and UBC 3) have been built and put into use. The fourth is under construction, UBC 0, and it will be, according to the project, the highest structure in Romania. 

Within Iulius Town, a multifunctional center for conferences and events was arranged, with a capacity of 1,000 people.

A World-Class health center with a semi-Olympic swimming pool will also operate within the complex.
