ISHO Offices Timisoara – a Glimpse Into a Landmark Project

The ISHO Offices project will be built on the shore of the Bega River, in the central area of ​​Timisoara. It consists of the construction of a state-of-the-art office building with a total area of ​​50,000 square meters.

The building is integrated into a mixed set of office, residential, hotel, and retail areas. ISHO office spaces will be delivered in three phases. The first will be put into use at the beginning of next year.

ISHO, created by the entrepreneur Ovidiu Şandor through Mulberry Development, benefits from an excellent central location, between the old center of Timisoara and the local airport, with access to all types of local means of transport – bus, tram and trolleybus – and in the future an own pontoon, with its boat station, for those who will prefer to come to the office with a water bus, the newest means of transport in the city.

The ISHO office project is certified with BREEAM Excellent, being equipped with BMS (Building Management System), with the HVAC air conditioning system, with the possibility to control the temperature in each room, high-speed elevators and an efficient access control system in the building, electric generators. Office spaces will be open space.

ISHO Business Center – facilities

As facilities, the complex will have a conference center, 2,000 parking spaces, a gym, spa, a 7,500 sqm park with a running track, playgrounds, an after school, supermarket, cafe, medical center, pharmacy, and a bank.
