ESOP announces relocation of IPSOS New Media Research

Starting this fall, the IPSOS NEW MEDIA RESEARCH company has a new headquarters in Ayash Center, which has an excellent position, is easy to find and close to public transport. The area is under development, nearby is the new Carrefour-Orhideea hypermarket.

The building where the IPSOS company has chosen its headquarters is located on B + GF + 5, with approximately 200 usable sqm per floor. IPSOS chose the duplex, located on the 4th and 5th floors of the building with a total usable area of ​​400 square meters.

“It has a compartmentalization that perfectly matched the company’s needs. Although most companies want an open space, IPSOS wanted a compartmentalized space. The space is equipped with air conditioning, PC network, carpet. There is security and parking spaces in the courtyard of the building. IPSOS is the third company that ESOP has relocated to Ayash Center.
