Ibiza Construct 2000 welcomes 2007 in a new house

Starting with December, Ibiza Construct 2000 takes place in a new headquarters. It is located in an upper-class office building in the Mosilor area. The relocation was mediated by the ESOP company, shortly after another transaction in the same building, namely the lease by Salamanca Romania of the last level in the same building. The new headquarters is positioned in an Ug + Gf + 4 building, with distinctive architecture, using unconventional materials and a completely different approach to the space. Common areas include glass stairs on the metal structure, subtle play of lights, large glazed spaces.

The rented space, located on the 3rd floor and with an area of ​​126 sqm, has air conditioning through fan coil units, alarm system, monitored security, and high-quality finishes. The chosen solution offers easy access to several public transport channels, including the subway, and also benefits from positioning in an area with heavy traffic, which ensures the company more visibility.

Ibiza Construct 2000 SRL is a member of the Spanish group Ibiza House that entered the Romanian market in 2000, being one of the first developers of residential complexes in Bucharest. To date, the company has managed to deliver 72 villas and is developing 2 other projects – the Ibiza Golf Light Complex consisting of 36 villas and the Ibiza Sol complex consisting of 304 luxury equipment, implementing a new concept, namely that of experiencing a permanent vacation, thanks to the environment created around each house built. Therefore Ibiza Construct 2000 SRL not only offers simple living spaces but also creates an authentic Mediterranean ambiance.
