Iasi strengthens its position as a leader in rentals outside the Capital
The last transaction concluded by ESOP in Iaşi is the rental of a 979 sqm office space by Cegeka Inside Software, in the ARIA Office Center building. In the first quarter of this year, Amazon opted for the city of Iasi again, occupying a space of 13.500 sqm in the Palas Iaşi UBC office complex. This significant transaction announces an equally good year for the office market in Iaşi, like the previous one, when it was first among the cities outside the Capital, with a total volume of the rentable area of 17.682 sqm.
