Starting with July, the advertising company Headvertising has a new headquarters, announces ESOP, the real estate agency that mediated the transaction.
Headvertising is an independent full-service advertising agency, founded in Romania in 1998. The idea of some industry insiders who wanted to break with the conventions and constraints of multinational advertising networks, Headvertising is a place dedicated to creative freedom and inventiveness. Subordinating a team of 30 people, including the ATL teams as well as the unconventional communication label, Rock & Roll, the company’s management representatives declare that they must always think about the so-called element of temperament stratification. Bringing together a group of volcanic creatives with energetic BTL people and more settled administrative staff, the agency has always considered finding a suitable location a real challenge.
The chosen space is in an office building located in the northern area, with an Ug + Gf + 10 floors. It offers a beautiful view of Lake Herastrau. The company is based on the 8th floor of the building, on an area of 400 square meters.” Open spaces have always been a priority in choosing a location because the advertising industry products are primarily based on the flow of ideas and image/color. To encourage the exchange of ideas and creativity, we have always turned to open spaces that can be easily customized to provide a welcoming and stimulating atmosphere, “says the Chief Financial Officer of Headvertising, Mihai Cocea.
The open design of the space allowed an excellent division, the modern and quality finishes, and the existing endowments necessary to carry out the high office activity at high standards. These were strong points in the decision to rent this space by Headvertising.
Working with important clients including Red Bull, HVB Bank, Daimler Chrysler, Orange, and Amica, the agency’s representatives say that brainstorming in a well-chosen location is the key to solutions that work best (as the agency’s slogan says). Because they sought to provide creative teams with an environment conducive to the innovative approach and, at the same time, to develop functional spaces for customer meetings and credential presentations, Headvertising chose the solution offered by ESOP considering that the space provided is suitable for customization and functional segmentation.
“Against the background of growing demand, the office buildings that offer the possibility to rent areas smaller than 500 sq m are requested, and the market immediately absorbs the vacated spaces.
