VA TECH ELIN EBG opens a representative office in Romania

VA TECH ELIN EBG, the leader in the field of technical installations in Austria, opens its representative office in Romania as well, announces ESOP, the agency that mediated the office space rental transaction. VA TECH ELIN EBG has as field of activity the design, execution, and commissioning of equipment for the entire range of technical installations in both the industrial and domestic sectors.

In a simpler expression: everything that is technical for any type of construction is offered by VA TECH ELIN EBG, which is a leader in the field on the Austrian market. This level has been reached – which we also want to achieve in Romania – because the company’s primary goal was to ensure the quality of work and customer satisfaction, under the slogan: “sustainable solutions, for a better life!”, Says Gerhard Lipkovich-Arvatu, director of the Romanian branch. Along with the current Romanian branch, VA TECH ELIN EBG is present in other countries in Central and Eastern Europe: Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Bulgaria.

The space in which VA TECH ELIN EBG will carry out its activity starting with April 2004, is located in a 300 sq m villa in the North area of Bucharest, having all the necessary facilities for a representative office: data and voice network, international telephone lines, air conditioning, parking spaces in the yard and on the street, easy access to public transport, visibility and performance.

The villa has GF + 2 floors + M; on the ground floor, there is a large reception space, meeting room, kitchen, and bathroom; levels 1 and 2 are organized similarly, each with 3 rooms and bathroom; and the attic comprises two rooms, bathroom, and kitchen. The villa belongs to a real estate investment company from Israel. Recently renovated, the villa is the optimal option for the conditions requested by VA TECH ELIN EBG. The good quality-price ratio was appreciated by both the Romanian and Austrian management, says Irina Petrescu, director of the ESOP office department.
