A new headquarters for the Hanns Seidel Romania Foundation

The beginning of summer brings essential changes for the activity of the non-governmental organization Hanns Seidel. It recently changed its headquarters, opting for an elegant villa in the Domenii area, announces ESOP, the agency that mediated the transaction.

Within only a week, Hanns Seidl rented 130 sqm, more precisely the 1st floor of a building located on a quiet street, with many green spaces. Arranged on B + GF + 1 + At, the chosen villa is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, intercom, voice-data network, card-based access system, and 6 parking spaces.

Space is exceptionally well partitioned and specially designed to ensure the full comfort of a professional work environment. The building benefits from a beautifully arranged inner courtyard where future tenants can relax and socialize to establish lasting relationships within the team. The Hanns Seidel Romania Foundation promotes Romanian-German economic and trade relations, campaigning for the construction of democratic structures and the defense of the values of the rule of law and open society.

The organization holds training seminars aimed at social-political education, institutional training, managerial training, adaptation of Romanian legislation to European legislation.

The visibility of the new headquarters will contribute to the increase of the foundation’s notoriety at the public level and the maintenance of partnership relations with talented people from the political sphere (government, parliament, prefectures, mayors, local councils) and diplomacy.

“The functionality of the space, the positioning in the most appreciated location in the Domenii neighborhood and the easy access to means of transport and airport are just some reasons why this villa perfectly met the expectations of the Hans Seidel Romania Foundation,” concludes Adrian Stefu, Offices Consultant at ESOP.
