French Company Alten

The French from ALTEN are investing in a new headquarters

The Romanian branch of the French company Alten has since the end of February, a new headquarters, located in an office center in the area of P-ta Presei Libere, announces ESOP, the agency that mediated the transaction. This relocation was preceded by the bringing to the same building of notable tenants such as Curiero and Guyomarch. Their criteria were met by ESOP over a short period of time, laying the foundations for lasting collaborative relationships.

Alten rented 734 sqm, more precisely the 4th floor of a Gf + 8F building, which offers the company exceptional visibility due to its central location and an advantageous balance between quality and price, compared to the conditions that the modern business center provides. The new headquarters offers a series of endowments, extremely important for the excellent development of the activity of a company specialized in software production. Therefore, there is a voice-data network, fiber optic internet, a partitioning to ensure the functionality of the space, 10 parking spaces, air conditioning, and heating through its own central heating.

Alten ranks second in the top major European technology consulting companies in the industrial, telecommunications and services sectors. The company was founded in 1988 and is present in European markets such as the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, and Italy. Alten has over 8,300 employees and estimates that their number will exceed 9,000 people by the end of 2009. “The space chosen by Alten Romania is located in one of the few office centers located in the central-northern area, with an affordable price and an exceptional quality of finishes and equipment “, says Bogdan Gont, Senior Offices Consultant within ESOP.
