Fratelli pre-leased a total surface of 2,200 square meters, in the two office buildings in the Timpuri Noi Square project. According to a statement issued by the developer, about 600 square meters will be terraces from this surface.
Fratelli Group will operate four different food concepts, from restaurant to bistro, cafe, and canteen. The first food spaces opened in the Timpuri Noi Square project will be Biutiful Downtown and Fratellini Bistro, in the first building that will be put into use. A canteen will be operational in the second stage.
The Timpuri Noi Square project envisages the construction of a total surface of office and retail space of about 100,000 sqm. The first phase will result in a leasable area of 33,000 square meters, which is in an advanced construction stage.
The office project is pre-certified BREAM Excellent. The office spaces for rent will have class A facilities and finishes.
