First Phase of The Bridge Project To Be Ready This Fall

The construction works at The Bridge business park, in the Orhideea-Grozăvești area, are on schedule and are rapidly advancing, the developer announces it being raised eight levels out of the 13 (2S + P + 10) of the first phase of the office project.

The first phase of The Bridge will have a total area of ​​50,706 sqm and a rentable office area of ​​36,871 sqm, with 384 parking spaces. Of this, half has been pre-leased since last year, an office area of ​​18,000 square meters, by BCR.

Work on the first phase of The Bridge is due to be completed in the third quarter.

The second phase of The Bridge project will start this year and provides for the construction of a total area of ​​31,360 sqm, of which a rentable office space area of 20,191 sqm.

The third phase of The Bridge was completed in Q2 2020, and delivered a total surface of 21.200 sqm.

The offices in The Bridge Business Park will have a green LEED Gold certificate, BMS control, 10 high-speed elevators, terraces on each floor, an efficient open space model, parking for bicycles, and motorcycles in the basement, and a beautiful indoor garden.

The Bridge is also notable for its design, the architectural solution being made by the international architecture firm Epstein.
