Facade Finished for Expo Business Park Project

The construction works on the buildings in the Expo Business Park business center, Bucharest, are progressing graphically. According to ESOP monitoring, at this moment, the closing of the facades is almost completed. The first office spaces in Expo Business Park will be put into use in the 2nd and 3rd quarters of this year.

The office buildings are pre-certified BREEAM Excellent, with all the characteristics of green construction, with low energy consumption, optimal natural lighting, and many facilities to protect the environment and provide a healthy work environment for employees. It is also included the arrangement of an open-air amphitheater, with relaxation and networking spaces, between the 3 office buildings.

Upon completion, the 3 office buildings in the Expo Business Park business center will have a leasable area of 38,000 square meters. A large part of this area has already been reserved by large companies, among the future tenants being ING, World-Class, which will arrange a health club, Stradale, 1 Minute, and Spaces.

The offices are a 5-minute walk from Jiului Metro Station and a 7-minute walk from Casa Presei Libere and Herăstrău Park.

In the Expozitiei area, as outlined in the new business pole that will be concentrated around Expo Business Park, 11 large office or residential projects are underway or in various stages of authorization, which will total at completion over 100,000 sqm of office spaces and over 3,000 new homes.

“The Expozitiei Area has several advantages at the moment, but it has an even greater potential in the future, due to the works on the future metro line and the free lands, some for sale, on which can still be built. For companies looking for office space, the Expozitiei area is interesting both in terms of accessibility – an existing metro station nearby and 2 other future metro stations on the future line to Otopeni Airport, as well as the fact that is located at equal distance from two big business poles, from Aviației-Barbu Văcărescu-Floreasca and the one from Orhideea-Grozăvești-Politehnică”, recommends Alexandru Petrescu, Managing Partner from ESOP Consulting.
