More extensions in 2014: Ramboll with 1,300 sqm, through ESOP
Ramboll company has extended its leased area in the Phenicia BC building, in the Unirii-Alba Iulia area, in the Capital, to 1,300 sq m, the transaction being carried out through ESOP.
“In Bucharest, last year the expansions in existing offices increased in volume, but also in weight: they totaled a total area of 19,601 sqm, 5% more than in the previous year, and as a share, they represented almost a fifth of the total area of offices that have been the subject of renewal contracts. This means that, on average, for each renewed agreement, space has increased by 20% in the area. 2014 also announces a good year for expansions in existing offices, only in the first quarter being registered a total area of 7,369 sqm, which represents 12% of overall trading activity, double the share recorded for 2013 “, says Alexandru Petrescu, Managing Partner at ESOP Consulting l CORFAC International.
Phenicia Business Center Building
Phenicia BC is located in the Unirii-Alba Iulia area and is a new construction with eight floors and high-quality finishes. Phenicia BC has a total leasable area of 13,000 square meters, being equipped with four elevators, data-voice cabling, a high-performance air conditioning system, and has permanent security and protection. As facilities, the complex of which the office building is part has a maintenance clinic, bistro, and aparthotel nearby.
