Evoline in New Headquarters

The exclusive representative of the Bata brand in Romania chooses the North

In October of this year, Evoline Impex SRL, the only representative in Romania of the famous footwear brand BATA will move to an elegant headquarters, announces ESOP, the mediator of the transaction. The company opted for a business center located in the Floreasca area. A location appreciated thanks to the green spaces and the peace it provides.

The building with a Gf + 6 layout includes a voice-data network, air conditioning, fiber optic internet, alarm system, and above-ground parking spaces. Evoline Impex rented the second floor of the building, more precisely an area of 209 sqm, that can be easily reconfigured to meet the needs and criteria stated by the company entirely. This relocation was carried out by the ESOP agency within only 2 months, being preceded by the bringing in the same building of the Essensys Software company, held in May, this year.

“The positioning of the business center at the confluence of the central areas (Dorobanti, Victoriei, Charles de Gaulle) with the northern area gives the new headquarters special visibility while ensuring easy access and proximity to the airport,” says Adrian Stefu, Offices Consultant at ESOP.

Evoline Impex SRL, the exclusive franchisor of BATA products, has chosen a representative building that perfectly corresponds to its dynamic nature and future development strategy. Bata is a world leader in the production and sale of footwear. The company is present in the world, through a network of 4,600 stores and 50,000 independent stores, in over 50 countries. To all this, many manufacturing centers, leather goods, industrial platforms, laboratories for quality control, research, and development are added.
