ESOP Consulting rented 15% more Offices in S1 2014 compared to S1 2013

Esop brokered the lease of 18,500 square meters of office space this year, up about 15% from the first half of 2013. The office rental market to medium-sized companies, where ESOP is a leader, was estimated at 35,000 sq m in the first half of 2014, according to ESOP data, inserted in a material of the Mediafax news agency.

“Medium-sized companies continue to prefer renting space in office buildings, a segment that recorded 82% of tenants’ preferences, compared to about 70% in the whole of 2013. As a result, there have been companies looking to optimize employee comfort and company image. In the first half of 2014, medium-sized companies rented about 35,000 square meters of office space, with over 10% more than in the same period last year, the most active being those in construction and real estate, personal and professional services, according to ESOP estimates, from the Mediafax analysis material.
