ESOP Consulting, Member of CORFAC International

ESOP Consulting has joined CORFAC International, a prestigious international alliance of independent real estate companies

On February 5, 2013, in the United States, the board of CORFAC International (Corporate Facility Advisors), led by Bill Hawkins, president, officially announced the affiliation of ESOP Consulting to the CORFAC International network.

CORFAC International is an alliance of entrepreneurial real estate companies, performing in local and national markets. CORFAC has a presence in over 61 states in North America and another 65 countries internationally, through affiliated companies and strategic partnership with FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation). CORFAC International members – united under the alliance’s logo, “Locally Owned. Globally Connected”, respects the same code of ethics and applies a standard set of good practices, experienced on the largest real estate market in the world, that of North America (the USA and Canada). In figures – CORFAC International represents over 8,500 transactions annually, comprising 55 million sq m, valued at over $ 5.2 billion.

CORFAC International membership is obtained by invitation, approved by the 43 members of the alliance with a majority of at least 70% and is offered to only one company on a local market, taking into account the results obtained locally and the quality services provided to customers. ESOP Consulting was chosen for Romania. The dialogue for affiliation lasted about 6 months, following the invitation with a series of procedures, including the provision of references from ESOP partner companies and also the meeting in Brussels with CORFAC members from the USA, Germany, and Italy.

CORFAC operates in the real estate field in the segments of office, industrial and commercial spaces, in the field of investments, residential real estate acquisitions (including multi-family products), property management, and corporate services.

The purpose of CORFAC International is to facilitate the exchange of information and data between its members, which maintain their independence at the local level, but which through the alliance have the opportunity to strengthen relations with other similar companies, internationally, to deliver premium real estate services to all types of customers, both locally and nationally and globally.

Along with ESOP Consulting, the Canadian company Shindico, founded in 1975, and Group Hugo Ceusters-SCMS from Belgium, founded in 1946, were invited to join the CORFAC International network.
