The market for quality office space is only now taking shape in the city of Bănie. ESOP Consulting recently mediated a transaction of 4,000 sqm, high-quality office space, for a major German automotive company, which will be the anchor tenant of the Electroputere Park Offices project.
According to an ESOP analysis, in Craiova, projects totaling only 19,015 sqm are under construction or in the planning stage. The most sought after are those near higher education institutions and large companies interested in attracting students to development programs.
