Day Tower, Almost Fully Leased Until Reaching the Fourth Floor in Construction

The maximum visibility, with an ultra-central location, in the Unirii area, near the Bucharest Tribunal and the National Library of Romania, brought the success for the Day Tower office project, Day Group developer, under construction, but with only a few spaces left for rent.

Work on site progresses rapidly; according to the ESOP Corfac International monitoring team, the Day Tower office building will be put into use early next year.

Day Tower will eventually have nine floors above ground and two underground levels, with a built area of ​​18,000 square meters, class A office spaces and retail on the ground floor.

The area where the Day Tower is located is also in full a transformation process, for the better, with more and more cultural and leisure attractions appearing, especially for young people, who can also serve the employees of the office buildings in the area.

The National Library building was recently completed and became a point of interest for more and more young people. It was attracted by the cultural projects organized here. On the shore of the Dâmbovița River, five minutes walk from Day Tower. It was put into use this month Wahaka Street Food Park, the first permanent street food park in Romania.

At Wahaka Street Food Park, there are 20 houses, with varied food – from seafood, fish, ribs, burgers, and Argentine beef, to desserts and drinks, adapted to each season. The facilities of the Unirii area are multiplying rapidly, not only in part towards the Old Center but also towards the East.
