Curiero chooses the north
Curiero SA, a company that operates in the express courier field and recently changed its headquarters, announces Esop, the real estate agency that mediated the transaction. Starting in November 2006, Curiero rented the last two floors of a recently renovated office building in the northern part of the capital, thus marking a new stage in its development. The chosen space is located in the area of the Presei Libere Square, measures 947 sqm and is located on the 7th and 8th floors.
The positioning of the building facilitates access to the airport, but also to the Bucharest-Ploiesti road. The good quality-price ratio led to a fast transaction, within only one month. As stated by Aura Diaconescu, Senior Broker at Esop, “the facilities and utility of the space, as well as the availability of parking spaces, turn the building chosen by Curiero into an optimal office solution,” which contributes to maintaining an exclusive image of the company among its customers.
In the 3 years of activity, the Curiero company has maintained a high quality of its shipments. It has adapted to the needs of its customers by offering personalized services. This was possible due to the national coverage (provided by a network of 70 work points), a fleet capable of successfully responding to orders and a structure of routes and warehouses, innovative for the courier market from Romania.
