Coplan Relocation

Coplan Romania has a new headquarters

Starting with April, the Coplan Romania company has a new headquarters, announces Esop, the agency that brokered the transaction. Coplan is a French company whose primary object of activity is the design and management of construction projects.

The most recent achievements are the completion of the Bectro Center office building in Bucharest and the COROM furniture factory’s design in Ramnicu Valcea. The building is ideal for small and medium companies because it has a usable area of 130 sqm/level.

The great advantage is that the open space can be compartmentalized and arranged according to the tenant’s requirements by the landlord. The spaces are equipped with air conditioning, carpet, telephone lines, alarm, and a parking space for every 130 sqm. The building is modern. The finishes are quality, the price is affordable, the position is excellent, easy access to public transport. This is the reason why the building is currently rented in its entirety.

“The space rented by Coplan through Esop was the last available in this business center. Currently, companies looking for spaces in business centers, with budgets between 10-11 Euro/sqm, do not have many options. Spaces are also available in buildings located in semi-central areas or buildings built before 1989 and renovated in central areas. Esop makes available to those interested at its own internet address, a list of business centers that still have spaces available for rent, “says Irina Nastase from Esop.
