BlueSpace Relocation

ESOP announces relocation of BlueSpace Software

Starting with April, the BlueSpace Software company’s activity will take place in a new headquarters, located in a high-class office building, in the Stefan cel Mare area. The relocation was mediated by the ESOP company, shortly after another transaction in the same building, namely the lease by the Hungarian-Finnish company Uponor of 100 sq m of the same building.

The rapid development that marks the IT sector determines the generation of fast solutions to find spaces that perfectly fit the needs of these dynamic companies. In a new business center, ESOP managed to meet the criteria set out by Blue Space within only 10 days, brokering the lease of an area of 252 square meters. The chosen building has a height regime of GF + 3F. It offers a series of facilities such as ceramic wall and floor tiles, carpet, glass curtain, coffered ceilings, heating, and air conditioning by fan coil units, data-voice network, fiber optic internet, security 24 hours per day and 5 parking spaces in the yard of the building.

BlueSpace Software Romania started its activity in December 2004 to supplement the software development needs of BlueSpace Group Ltd. The numerous titles prove the value of the activities undertaken by this company. It has managed to obtain over time: Microsoft Certified Partner, IBM Business Partner, Oracle Partner network.

“Given that the small office space is relatively difficult to find, BlueSpace immediately opted for the option proposed by us, taking into account that the business center has good access to transportation and is positioned in a quiet area.“, Adrian Stefu, Offices Consultant within ESOP.
